the short film tells the story of Divine. A young woman constantly questionning her existence and the direction she should take in regards to life. In search of her purpose and while destiny does not point in her favour, she takes matters into her own hands. Will she ever wake up ?
the short film “sparks of the divines” was made in collaboration with the production house “Charleswoods Films” and “wonkaaaaaaaaaaaaa” a multidisciplinary practice co-founded by joman baku™. The pre-production started in 2017 while production began in 2019.
